MJM were awarded the contract to supply and fit specialist joinery items and furniture to the North Eastern Institute of Higher Education.

This included some minor fit out works to their bathroom areas and installation of fixed and loose furniture for the public areas and selected classroom and lecture areas of Magherafelt campus and Ballymena campus over a period in 2004/2005.
